Like most welding facilities, our customer needed precise and consistent pressure from their welding gun. However, their current system pressure would fluctuate during welding. This is not only annoying for the welder, but leads to slower and inconsistent welds. The problem was something they had "learned to live with" – but our sales engineer knew we could find a great solution to help make their process better!
The J.H. Bennett Technical Services team designed and built this High Flow Weld Controller to solve our customers inconsistent pressure issue. This system features an 0-80 PSI controller with a proportional force controller, precision regulator, and dual gauges. This allows our customer to keep precise pressure throughout their entire weld, while allowing them to easily view their pressure through the dual gauges. All units are leak tested and assembled onto a compact, easy to install, mounting board which allows for a quick install even in tight work spaces.
